    - SP with multicore processors
    - IPTV

Logo Design Competition

The IEEE International Conference on Emerging Signal Processing Applications (ESPA) is a new conference of the IEEE Signal Processing Society. Inputs are solicited for the logo of the conference.

Here are the conference parameters:
•The conference covers signal processing applications.
•It is targeting primarily practicing engineers from Industry.


Some additional guidelines for the logo:
•Do not use more than three colors. The logo should look good in black and white.
•Make sure that the logo is recognizable when resized.
•Fit the logo into a square layout if possible, avoid obscure layouts.
•The logo must have connection to what it is representing.
•Do not use more than two fonts.
•The logo should look solid, with no trailing elements.
•The logo should be recognizable when mirrored.
•The logo must look consistent across multiple platforms.
•Do not use taglines in the logo.
•Keep the design simple.


The logo will remain the same for all future ESPA conferences.

Deadline for submissions: August 15, 2011
The Conference Committee will select the winning proposal and may start using it for publicity before the conference.
The winning proposal will be receive a $300 award.
