Dear Axel,

to my best knowledge 3D dense graphical models were not implemented so far based on DGM library. Building a pairwise 3D graphical model is straightforward with DGM, but a dense 3D model may require a modification of the inference algorithm.

Best regards,

Hello everyone,

I a new user of DGM and I would like to know if it possible to apply the dense CRF implementation of DGM on 3D medical imgages as CT-scan, MRI, etc. More precisely I would like to know if a 3D version of the dense CRF has been implemented on DGM.

Thank you advance.

Best regards
